User Rating: Good:RadarCast gives you animated radar forecasts so you can see current weather anywhere in the continental U.S. and predicts how weather patterns will evolve an hour in advance. Bad: Though the app is solid, the price seems a bit high when you factor in that there are several other weather apps at the App Store that are free.
