TSYS finalise le rachat de NetSpend Jul 2nd 2013, 00:52 COLUMBUS, Géorgie et AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TSYS (NYSE : TSS) et NetSpend Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ : NTSP) ont annoncé aujourd'hui que TSYS avait finalisé son rachat de NetSpend. NetSpend est désormais une filiale à 100 % de TSYS, quatrième segment d'exploitation de TSYS axé sur les produits et services directs aux consommateurs. NetSpend continuera d'être dirigé par le président-directeur général Dan Henry et le président Chuck Harris.
