China August official services PMI at 53.9 vs July's 54.1 Sep 3rd 2013, 01:11 BEIJING (Reuters) - China's official purchasing managers' index (PMI) for the non-manufacturing sector dipped slightly to 53.9 in August from July's 54.1, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Tuesday.
