Complaints against UK banks rise by 15 percent: Ombudsman Sep 2nd 2013, 23:05 LONDON (Reuters) - The number of complaints against British banks grew by 15 percent in the first half of 2013 driven by complaints over the mis-selling of loan insurance, the Financial Ombudsman Service said on Wednesday.
