Japan industrial output up, as recovery takes hold Oct 30th 2013, 00:53 TOKYO (AP) — Japan's industrial output rose 1.5 percent in September from the previous month, as stronger production of vehicles and electronic components added to signs the recovery in the world's third-largest economy is gaining.
